Scott Lemke is the founding lawyer of Lemke Law Professional Corporation. Scott’s practice is focused on commercial litigation, corporate law and election law.
Since founding Lemke Law, Scott has appeared on behalf of clients at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Divisional Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the British Columbia Court of Appeal.
Scott has extensive litigation experience including cases considering breach of contract, oppression, fiduciary duties, derivative actions, and breach of trust.
In his election law practice, Scott regularly advises bodies responsible for the administration of elections on the processes and methods for conducting elections, including the use of vote counting equipment and e-poll books, the administering of vote-by-mail programs, the management of logic and accuracy testing, and various election finance matters.
